Human brain is still difficult to understand. we still aren’t 100 percent sure about the function of sleep, or exactly how and why we dream. We know when dream happen during our sleep period and that everyone dream even if the frequency of dreams are different according to person. There are different theory about it. One is dreams work hand in hand with sleep to help the brain sort through everything it collects during the waking hours. The second one is that dreams typically reflect our emotions. You can also think that at night everything slows down. We aren’t required to focus on anything during sleep, so our brains make very loose connections. So pick up the one you think is right for you as nothing is clear 🙂

There is no clear answer to this.
Basically dream is the experience you have of experienced images, sounds, or other sensations when you are sleeping. Actually they are far more complex to explain.
