I am not sure if you are asking about tear composition or how do they form?
The composition varies from tear types. Mainly, tears are composed of water, and salts. Tears formed from crying are linked with strong internal emotions, such as sorrow, emotion, or pleasure. Laughing or yawning may also lead to the production of tears. Tear secretion helps to clean and lubricate the eyes in response to an irritation of the eyes.
