• Question: Well you might not know, but i love to run. So if we keep pushing our bodies to the limit, does that mean that we could theoretically damage our bodies by doing things we love?

        Well, there is always a limit to things. Anything done in excess will harm our body. So, it has got nothing to do with love, it is how much physical load your body can take.

        There was a recent case where a person playing continuous videogame (because he loved it), died after 48 hours of constantly playing. So, we should keep in mind, that our body has a certain capacity to do things! You can definitely try to increase your stamina by gradually exercising, but anything sudden would be harmful!

        Yes. Imagine your body like a machine or a computer, if you push it too hard it will dysfunction
