I don’t see any problem reproducing in space. we do it on earth! as long as everyone gave their consent it would be fine. You would probably even get couples going into space happy to reproduce.
Well, the first question is why one would like to reproduce in space, unless they have a life similar to ours (where oxygen and water is available, and where these two are present, there is bound to be greenness). If we dont find these, then i find it difficult to imagine that people would agree to reproduce in space. I find your concern perfectly logical in the sense that the child will not be able to experience earthly pleasures if its just going to spend time in a space craft or a space station, not to forget that the astronauts have to undergo physical tests for space travel, making it not very favourable for a newborn to be out there!
