We are currently able to cure patient from some cancer like breast cancer or Hodgkin lymphoma… currently we are curing more than one cancer on 2. The only ones which are still really harder to cure are pancreas and lungs. It is important to get an early diagnosis when the tumour is still tiny to be treat (early stage). Medical imaging has already well improved as cancer research development.

gettign closer every day but as there a many forms of cancer it is hard to tell. 10-20 years? Unfortunatley we will all die of something in the end.
