      The question is not related to me but I would like to share an answer.
      Multiple organisms represent ‘multiples from two eggs’ specifically. For example, a set of triplets may be composed of identical twins from one egg and a third non-identical sibling from a second egg.

      You could have identical triplets with the division of one egg if it divided into two and then separated. one of the divisions could then divide into two and separate again.

      There are three possibilities.

      One possibility is that you can have two eggs where one will give twins and the second one an other different.

      The second possibility is from three different eggs, to give three different children.

      and the third one is from one eggs which will divide in three and give three identical children.
