        only if they are of the same species as us (or we used some sort of genetic engineering) .The definition of a species is “a group of living organisms consisting of similar individuals capable of exchanging genes or interbreeding. “

        If they are very similar to us, then yes…if they have even have a single change in the number of chromosomes than us, it will be difficult!
