I do a lot of hour of sport per week where I do yoga, badminton, fitness. I go to work by bike so I cycle everyday and during summer I do paddle boarding, surfing as I come from the sea coast in France. Also I enjoy running, swimming and hiking and do them when I can.
I live in Somerset and I go swimming every week at Wellington Sports Centre. It is something that I enjoy very much as the swimming pool is fairly quiet and empty!
Swimming is a really good sport which does not affect your articulation, so it is really good if you have pain in it and also good for your bones health.

Swimming is a great exercise, and refreshing too. (I fear waters so prefer to stay away from swimming pools)
